Cancellation policy

Please provide 24 hours notice if you are unable to make it to a scheduled appointment. Phone call, text message, and emails will all be accepted as valid notice.

If less than 24 hours notice is provided you will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of your scheduled appointment. If there are multiple late cancellations or no shows you may be asked to provide a credit card to be kept on file prior to booking future appointments.
